The property is currently only accessible by boat either from the North via Old Belize and Belize City or from the South through a path that will take you along the Burdon Canal into the Jones Lagoon, through Boom Creek unto the Sibun River mouth and out to the Caribbean. There are no utilities or infrastructure on the property. Wind and Solar power back by diesel generators would be your source for electricity while, rainwater catchment and storage system would be necessary to provide water.
While not yet developed, this property sits just a few miles north of a planned roadway that will be developed to access the approved Port of Magical Belize located approx 3 miles to the South. This will bring direct road access along the western boundary and potentially direct access to electricity and water services as well.
